A snap taken while the children were writing letters and drawing pictures to send in Dad's parcel. It will be about three weeks before he gets to see them. Obviously, this is Lilly. She's tracing a picture of an emu. There were tears just after this moment. Lilly couldn't get the emu's beak right and it looked rather lopsided. We performed some reconstructive surgery on said beak, which not only made the emu look more life like, but dried up Lilly's tears as well. I was informed that only perfect pictures could be sent to Daddy.
